Referral
& Partner Agreements
Referral
agreements with real estate agents will be considered. Participants
will be interviewed by phone to determine the most suitable candidate
for a specific area. Participants are expected to fully adhere to
federal, state and local fair housing laws and the National Association
of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, as well as the ethical and legal
standards of their state of licensure. We will want to ensure that
we feel confident in our recommendation to prospective customers and

Website
Services
Developing
a web presence is critical to today's real estate agent.
We offer low-cost, no-risk services to help agents and other related
businesses build that presence. Various options are available.
Our
most basic option is on the Realty Complete theme. You can choose
any color scheme. No-cost customization will be considered if we can
use it as a future template. Websites will be kept on our servers
at least until payment is received, but it's easier to keep it on
there permanently. The design can be built on to eventually create
a very detailed site with lots of information. Once the basic site
has been set up, you don't pay anything until you are satisfied.
Four
ways to get your domain, hosting and website. 1) Maintain the site
on our server. Get your domain name anywhere you want to (We can help
you with that), and redirect it to the site on our server (e.g. customer.realtycomplete.com).
2) Use domain registration and hosting through Doteasy.com and give
us administrative privileges so we can upload the site and make changes.
The site will stay on our server until after payment is received,
but then uploaded to the Doteasy server. Domain registrations are
a little bit higher, but hosting is free as long as the website is
on their servers. 3) Use domain registration and hosting through Dreamhost.com
(which is the company we use) under the same terms. Domain registrations
are cheaper, but there is a fee for hosting, which can be paid yearly
or monthly. Dreamhost does offer more features, but will require more
effort on your part, and you will need to pay the hosting fees directly
to Dreamhost when due. 4) Use the domain registration and hosting
service of your choice, but there will be an hourly charge for time
we spend figuring out how to use your service. Again, the site stays
on our server until payment is received.
Option
1 is the easiest and best option. Most importantly, however, DON'T
DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU TALK TO US! (e.g. don't register a domain) If
